JR Spain busca un Representante de Servicio al Cliente para su oficina en Barcelona, donde el candidato ideal gestionará consultas de clientes por teléfono y correo electrónico dentro del sector automotriz. Se requiere nivel B2 de inglés y fluidez en neerlandés, sueco o alemán. Formación

• Nivel B2 de inglés, fluidez en neerlandés, sueco o alemán.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar desde la oficina en Barcelona en una posición híbrida del 50%.
• Experiencia en atención al cliente es valorada.

Responsabilidades

• Atender llamadas y responder correos de clientes y concesionarios.
• Realizar seguimiento con los clientes hasta resolver sus consultas.
• Actualizar bases de datos, elaborar informes y crear resúmenes.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
• Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
• Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

We are looking for you if:

• You have a B2 level of English and are fluent in Dutch, Swedish or German.
• You are preferably available full-time, but we are also open to considering part-time applicants.
• You will be working from our Barcelona office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 5-6 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period. Our office is located at Carrer de la Constitució, 2, Sant Just Desvern, 08960 Barcelona.
