A global technology services leader is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will take incoming user requests and solve incidents that require technical expertise. Ideal candidates are bilingual in Dutch and English with excellent customer care skills. Full-time contract offers competitive salary, bonuses, and career development opportunities.

Formación

  • Proficient or bilingual in Dutch and advanced level of English.
  • Excellent customer care skills are essential.
  • High IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, and Audiovisual products.
  • Literacy in Windows and Mac environments required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably in technical support.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsabilidades

  • Take incoming user requests.
  • Resolve requests/incidents requiring technical knowledge.
  • Maintain expertise related to specific applications for users.
  • Proactively update customers on status and resolution.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Take incoming user requests
  • Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
  • Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps like Soundtouch & Bose Music.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users.
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and have an advanced level of English
  • Have excellent customer care skills
  • Have high IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music and Audiovisual products.
  • Are Windows and Mac environment literate,
  • Have 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical support
  • Have excellent customer care knowledge and awareness
  • Have good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistance
