Your area of focus:

• Advise customers on the sales process and products.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience in Customer Service over the phone & mail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Perfect writing & oral skills in Dutch. Another European language would be a plus (language tests will be conducted).
• Confidence on the phone and sales-oriented.
