Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and / or social media
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns
  • Maintain a high standard of quality in your responses
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service every day

Requirements :

  • Fluent English : Written and verbal proficiency is essential
  • 1 Year of Customer Service Experience : Proven ability to manage customer relations
  • Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to stay solutions-oriented and adaptable

Technical Requirements :

  • A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor (or equivalent)
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
