Responsibilities

  • Providing dedicated support to resellers, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
  • Proactively identifying and correcting errors to prevent impact on performance.
  • Understanding workflows deeply and initiating improvements.
  • Communicating effectively with partners and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Coordinating and tracking supply orders and technician visits to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

  • Native or proficient in German and advanced in English.
  • Previous experience in customer or consumer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and well-organized with effective prioritization skills.
  • Full-time, 39 hours / week, permanent contract, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00-18 : 00.
  • Salary : €19,000 gross / year + up to €2,400 gross / year in bonuses.
  • Located in Barcelona with full paid training and career development programs.
