THE ROLE

Join our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from customer purchase orders to payment receipt. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Accurately entering orders and monitoring their processing while keeping the customers informed at all stages.
2. Handling returns, issuing credit notes, and processing sample orders efficiently.
3. Optimizing order size, frequency, and the entire supply chain, including goods issue and shipment tracking.
4. Addressing customer inquiries and collaborating across departments.
5. Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid professional experience in a comparable position, such as customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience with handling exports or sea & airfreights would be a plus.
• Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP R3 – SD module is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, French, or Spanish would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
