About the job:
As a Customer Service representative, you will manage all interactions between Clients and Distributors during the Logistics process of the Order to Cash cycle, including orders, deliveries, returns, claims, and bad debt management. Fluency in German (native or bilingual) and proficiency in Spanish and English (intermediate or fluent) are mandatory.

University studies preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in Back Office or B2B Customer Service, ideally in luxury, fashion, textiles, or cosmetics sectors. Fluency in German (native or bilingual), Spanish, and English is required.
Successful candidates will demonstrate problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle high workloads.
This multinational luxury company offers a temporary position of at least 4 months starting in September, with potential for extension into a permanent contract, in an excellent working environment.
