Customer Service Luxury (German speaker)

An excellent opportunity as Customer Service B2B for the global market of Distributors is available now in Barcelona within an important multinational in the luxury sector.

About the job:

As a Customer Service representative, you will manage all interactions between Clients and Distributors during the Logistics process of the Order to Cash cycle, including orders, deliveries, returns, claims, and bad debt management. Fluency in German (native or bilingual) and proficiency in Spanish and English (intermediate or fluent) are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Centralize communication with Customers in the order to cash process, providing updates on orders, products, deliveries, stock, invoices, collections, and incidents.
  • Manage the Order & Delivery process, resolving issues to facilitate order creation and delivery unblocking.
  • Handle incidents or delays in order delivery, coordinate with Logistics, and follow up on faults and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and follow up on orders for shipment and manage client requests regarding delivery information.
  • Review and facilitate invoicing processes, including order review and billing document generation.
  • Manage overdue accounts and bad debts.
  • Handle claims, including reception, analysis, and registration.

Requirements:

University studies preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in Back Office or B2B Customer Service, ideally in luxury, fashion, textiles, or cosmetics sectors. Fluency in German (native or bilingual), Spanish, and English is required.

Successful candidates will demonstrate problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle high workloads.

This multinational luxury company offers a temporary position of at least 4 months starting in September, with potential for extension into a permanent contract, in an excellent working environment.
