Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en análisis de datos y gestión del cambio.
  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Recursos Humanos o campos relacionados.

What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
  3. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify and develop continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within the HR department.
  4. Prepare and present executive reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  5. Support the digitalization of processes and systems within the HR department.
  6. Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in analyses.
  7. Stay updated with best practices and trends in data analytics and HR technology.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, Mathematics or related fields. MBA or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Transformation or similar is highly valued.

Experience and Technical Skills:

At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, change management, reporting and/or consulting. Experience in managing cross-functional teams. Digitalization and process transformation projects is a plus. Proficiency in English (C1 or higher). Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.

Tools:

Strong knowledge in Power BI and Excel.

Soft Skills:

Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
