Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, Mathematics or related fields. MBA or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Transformation or similar is highly valued.
Experience and Technical Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, change management, reporting and/or consulting. Experience in managing cross-functional teams. Digitalization and process transformation projects is a plus. Proficiency in English (C1 or higher). Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
Tools:
Strong knowledge in Power BI and Excel.
Soft Skills:
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
