Formación

In this role, you will be interacting with high-level clients of one of Europe's leading digitalbanks, providing savings advice and introducing innovative banking products designed tooffer high returns.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for providing customer service through phone calls, emails,WhatsApp, and chat channels, delivering top-notch service and information about cutting-edge digital banking products specifically for the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support on banking-related issues such as account opening, passwordrecovery, transfers, and more.
  • Manage back-office tasks including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Promote and offer innovative banking products to clients.
  • Ensure transparency in providing information about investment products, including theirpurpose, features, risks, and client protection regulations (both internal and external).
  • Report and track any system anomalies or issues that arise.
  • Adhere to quality standards and meet sales objectives established by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Preferred qualifications in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • EU ID or Spanish residence card
  • Must live in Madrid
  • German: C1 level
  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and active listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information
  • Strong commercial skills and ability to build rapport with clients

  • Full-time position: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month). Working hours: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
