We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with bilingual proficiency in French to join our multicultural team with more than 54 different nationalities.

What to expect:

  • Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation, creating doctor engagement.
  • Call new doctors to invite them to participate in our research and expand our panel of healthcare professionals.
  • Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum response rates.
  • Proactively alert the manager to any issues or deviations from standard procedures.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

  • Fluent in French (bilingual required).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills via telephone and email.
  • Experience working for multinational corporations is advantageous.
  • Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translation of text passages.
