• You have excellent Dutch communication skills and are fluent in English (spoken and written).
• You are eager to develop your customer service skills.
• You are passionate about fashion and familiar with the industry.
• You are computer literate.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You pay attention to details and are well-organized.
• You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, and engaging personality.
• You can work 39 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern.

Experience with CRM is a plus.

Your day-to-day at work:

• Effectively resolve customer issues in Dutch.
• Manage complaints and inquiries respectfully.
• Maintain customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Assist clients with online shopping and advise on their orders.
