We seek a Customer Service mid levelwith experience in project management and client services who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:
  • Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
  • Experience managing commercial accounts, clients, and projects in digital marketing agencies, digital business consultancies, contact centers, or similar environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial campaigns, agent sizing, call distribution, agent campaign configurations, and call and sales KPIs.
  • Experience handling CRM, project management tools, and ticket management tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead management, marketing automation, and performance marketing is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, SEM, and social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram); understanding these channels as lead sources is a plus.
  • Experience as a coordinator or supervisor in contact centers is a plus.
What you’ll do:
  • Manage and monitor assigned projects, maintaining communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and optimize projects for successful execution.
  • Create and maintain documentation for clients, projects, and service configurations.
  • Manage client requests, document them, support the development team, and follow up on developments.
  • Monitor and analyze project results, ensuring data consistency and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create and oversee control dashboards for lead generation and distribution across management platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new business in existing accounts.
  • Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and ensure effective communication with clients.
