Una empresa líder en tecnología médica busca un Ingeniero de Servicios al Cliente para el Laboratorio Diagnóstico en Análisis Clínicos. Esta posición involucrará la instalación y mantenimiento de equipos técnicos, así como la atención y resolución de incidencias. Se valorará experiencia en sistemas de automatización y conocimientos en TI y redes. Buscamos un profesional con habilidades técnicas sólidas y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno diverso y colaborativo.

Formación

  • Experiencia en el sector y en sistemas de automatización y analizadores es valorado.
  • Nivel de inglés B2 (Marco Europeo).
  • Disponible para viajar nacional e internacionalmente para formación.

Responsabilidades

  • Instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos técnicos de laboratorio.
  • Coordinar con el Centro de Servicio al Cliente.
  • Escalar incidentes al soporte superior y documentar quejas de clientes.

Apply for the position of Customer Service Engineer Diagnostic Laboratory in Clinical Analytics. Location in Cantabria (Laredo/Castro Urdiales).

Principales responsabilidades:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, updates, and modifications of all technical laboratory equipment within your area of specialization, and assist with other products under supervision. Special attention to automation products, IT products (including software/middleware), and connectivity.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Center.
  • Escalate incidents to higher support and report any customer complaints with proper documentation on platforms and CRM.
  • Ensure proper use of tools and measurement equipment, reporting usage in related service reports.
Requisitos para esta función:
  • Degree in Technical Engineering or Higher-Level Vocational Training in Electronics.
  • Experience in the sector and in automation systems and analyzers is valued, supporting IT products including middlewares.
  • Network skills.
  • English B2 (European Framework).
  • Knowledge of IT and Networks.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally for training and occasional international trips for training.
Se valorará:
  • Knowledge of equipment and/or experience in the technical environment of Clinical Analytics Laboratories.
  • Experience in CLS modality is valued.
  • Experience in automation systems and analyzers, supporting IT products including middlewares.
  • Network skills.
