Customer Service Employee | Multilingual Southern Europe

Do you speak Spanish, Portuguese, and maybe Italian in addition to English? Do you enjoy being on the front line of our Customer Service department to answer customer questions? Grab your chance now! We are looking for multilingual customer service employees for 40 hours a week at our head office in Barcelona.

What are you going to do?

As a customer service employee, you are the first contact for our customers and you communicate with them via email, telephone, or chat. You will also support our foreign customer service teams for European customers. You must be fluent in English and another language (Spanish, Italian, and/or Portuguese). You will answer diverse customer inquiries and translate problems into correct solutions for the customers.

You will make choices, proactively advise, and help atmosphere makers in Europe create the right ambiance in their homes. This requires thorough technical knowledge about our lighting products, which you will gradually acquire and expand. Additionally, you will accurately register customer data and agreements regarding orders, shipments, and returns in our CRM system. Training will be provided before you start working independently from our head office in Barcelona.

Job Requirements

We are looking for you because you...

  • are communicative and have a smooth chat;
  • have experience as a customer service representative;
  • can work well with systems (preferably Salesforce) and multitask effectively;
  • are fluent in English along with other languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese);
  • are stress-resistant and maintain composure;
  • are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;
  • have a Spanish social security number - this is mandatory for employment!

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 (one free hour)
