Formación

Customer Service Coordinator (German Speaker)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator (German speaker) to join AB Parfums Iberia, the Spanish subsidiary of the Give Back Beauty Group. Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our strategic partners by ensuring excellent service and operational follow-up.

These are your responsibilities :

  • First point of contact for customer orders from the receipt of the order (processing) through to delivery of goods to customers and invoicing (processing in SAP)
  • Review and processing of customer orders using our Salesforce program (VINCLE) as well as updating and maintaining the data
  • Handling incoming complaints and returns, ensuring professional, reliable, and consistent communication with customers and the sales team
  • Management of purchase orders in compliance with internal procurement policies
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and effective data exchange via EDI
  • Interface and close communication with our logistics partner
  • Support and point of contact for our field sales team

What you bring to the table :

  • Successfully completed commercial training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a trading company
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills required
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage; experience with Microsoft Office is a must
  • Professional experience in a comparable position in customer service
  • Outstanding service and customer orientation combined with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Excellent team skills, a structured and independent working style, and strong organizational abilities
