The Customer Service Representative fosters strong customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction. Serving as the main point of contact, they manage both pre- and post-sales activities, liaising between customers and internal teams. This is a remote position based in Spain, with occasional (once per month) on-site meetings at our Madrid office. The role reports to the Region Supervisor.
