How will your day-to-day look with us?

The Travel Customer Service Specialist implements necessary measures for the service and coordinates assistance operations, offering the best solutions to our clients by mobilizing our networks and teams of experts.

The Travel Customer Service Specialist finds focused solutions for clients with a strong digital orientation.

The main tasks are:

  • To know in detail the different types of policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case.

  • Advice and guide customers towards appropriate solutions for their cases, providing rapid and tailored customer care responses in line with their policy coverage.

  • Dealing confidently with different customer types regardless of their status, culture, or behavior.

  • Coordinate all necessary actions to resolve client requests: handle international calls and emails, register cases, document actions in our computer system, organize appropriate actions, and ensure case closure.

  • Encourage close collaboration between operations and internal teams by providing clear case management plans and explaining client situations as required.

  • Advise on medical claims decisions when necessary, actively contributing to safe, cost-effective service delivery.

  • Promote excellent communication across all job interfaces.

  • Ensure all protocols for delivering world-class customer service are current, compliant with regulations, and adhered to.
