Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver first-class customer satisfaction, supporting customers per provided guidelines.
  2. Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, log details, and follow up as needed.
  3. Assist customers in sales and post-sales, including needs assessment, product recommendations, and support.
  4. Escalate issues to relevant brand units or contacts when necessary.
  5. De-escalate complaints, offer solutions within policies, or transfer cases for resolution.
  6. Represent the client’s brand positively across all channels, providing outstanding service and personal care.

Ideal candidate:

  • Native German speaker with advanced English skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, outgoing, and open-minded.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
  • Strong written communication and customer-focused attitude.
  • Goal-oriented with good time management.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and keyboarding skills.

Benefits:

  • Part-time, 20 hours/week, flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00).
