What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will :

  • Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client
  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
  • Escalate potential service issues
  • To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
  • Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

  • Full-time 39 hours / week temporary contract : rotative Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 to 20 : 00, Saturday 9 : 00 to 18 : 00
  • Salary 18 500 euros gross / year + up to 1400 euros gross / year in bonus
  • Remote from Spain, or central location in Barcelona with opportunity to work from home some days
  • Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities
  • Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on
