What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

  • Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, and chats) and solve users’ demands.
  • Support technical enquiries and manage incidents of the client’s product, car electrical chargers.
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
  • Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level.
  • Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.
