Purpose of the Role :

The CRM Assistant Junior will report to the CRM Specialist and will collaborate to implement and execute email campaigns to increase engagement and retention for our subscribers in order to boost online sales.

Key responsibilities :

  • Brief Development : define campaign objectives, target audience, and key messages, establishing timelines and allocating necessary resources
  • Copywriting : develop engaging and brand-aligned copy for emails, collaborating with designers to ensure cohesive visual and textual content.
  • Proposal evaluation : review creative proposals to ensure alignment with campaign goals and adherence to brand guidelines, provide constructive feedback for revisions and obtain approval from relevant teams.
  • Translation Management : coordinate translation requests with agencie for seven languages, collaborating with market representatives to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance of translated content, and ensuring that finalized materials adhere to established guidelines before distribution to relevant teams, maintaining timely delivery to uphold campaign schedules.
  • Testing and approval : conduct thorough testing of emails to verify links, formatting, responsiveness and content accuracy.
  • Campaign scheduling : program and schedule email sends according to the campaign plan. Also monitor delivery and address any issues that arise during execution.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to campaigns

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year in CRM campaign management and email marketing will be valued.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English (C1); additional European languages are highly valuable.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop or Figma will be valued.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Team-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to challenges.
