Formación

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required, other languages are a plus.

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will be responsible for B2B customers operations and reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for manage accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, etc..
  • Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.
  • Responsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences.
  • Orders management, VAS and special requirements.
  • Logistics, deliveries follow up, shipments, customs, etc..
  • Credit Management, payments, bank reconciliation, etc..

Required

  • Degree in business administration or economics
  • Fluent in Italian and English. Any other is a plus.
  • Experience: Desirable to have 2-4 years of working experience for a multinational or international brand in a similar position.
  • Excellent analytical skills, Service orientated and must work well in a team environment. Passionate to apply technology to the customer operations processes.
  • Energetic and open mind to proactively identify and propose improvement initiatives
  • IT skills: Proficiency with Office software specially with Excel and knowledge of SAP will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to transmit clear instructions, strategy, and direction both speaking and writing.
  • Desirable residence location: Mallorca
