Customer Operations Administrator 100%

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Your contribution

In this challenging and important role, you will be part of the Customer Operations Team. Customer Operations is a cross-functional collaborative team that acts as the focal point between Customer, Sales, Service, and Operations. The team ensures all responses are handled promptly and professionally, meeting all needs while maintaining process alignment, optimization, and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Processing customer orders and contracts from entry to invoicing
  • Managing contracts, warranties, and creating stakeholder notifications
  • Providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders involved in order management (customers, suppliers, sales, service)
  • Organizing and monitoring transportation related to orders
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders by providing updates on order status, delivery, and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate order inventories and internal reports
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts in the ERP system
  • Providing administrative support to the CO Team and other regional offices in Europe as needed (backup during leave)

Your background

  • Degree in Commercial Administration or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role (Customer Service, Sales Support, or Back-office)
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic logistics knowledge
  • Ability to work independently with a strong service mindset and effective communication skills internally and externally
