Your contribution

In this challenging and important role, you will be part of the Customer Operations Team. Customer Operations is a cross-functional collaborative team that acts as the focal point between Customer, Sales, Service, and Operations. The team aims to ensure all responses are handled promptly with expertise, meeting all needs while ensuring processes are aligned, optimized, and compliant.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Processing customer orders and contracts from entry to invoicing
  • Managing contracts, warranties, and creating stakeholder notifications
  • Providing accurate and timely information to key stakeholders in the order management process (e.g., customers, suppliers, sales, and service colleagues)
  • Organizing and monitoring transportation related to orders
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders by providing information on order status, delivery, and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate order inventories and internal reports
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts (existing and new) in the ERP system
  • Providing administrative support to the CO Team and other regional offices in Europe when needed (e.g., during vacations or sick leave)

Your background

  • Degree in Commercial Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Customer Service, sales support, or back-office functions)
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic logistics knowledge
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of service and effective communication skills internally and externally
