Haleon Madrid is offering a Customer Marketing Intern position within our Trade Marketing team. You will support the development of customer activation plans across Pharmacy and Mass Market, strengthening brand visibility and shopper engagement.

You will work closely with Customer Marketing, Sales and external partners to gain hands-on experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management and Commercial Execution for iconic brands, while learning how promotions are planned and executed at the point

Formación

• Essential C1 level of English.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in sales and market data.
• Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Organization & deadline management.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination and execution of trade marketing initiatives across Pharmacy and Mass Market channels.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of POS materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for promotions and in-store activities.
• Monitor promotional calendars and support activation plans.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on promotional activities and visibility.
• Support Category Management projects including assortment reviews.
• Assist with purchasing and finance processes including Purchase Orders.
• Partner with Sales and Field Force teams for flawless brand plan execution at customer level.
