Kenvue is recruiting for a Brand Activation Intern Mass Market in Madrid for 12 months, reporting to Brand Activation Manager. The role combines hands-on marketing execution with cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setup.

You will support the integrated marketing plan for Mass Market brands in Spain, working with multiple teams to ensure consumer, shopper and customer activation is market-leading.

Formación

• Business Administration or Marketing students required.
• MS Office Suite skills expected.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Creative and analytical thinking.
• Proactive and curious with initiative.
• Autonomous with problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Interest in FMCG sector.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate creation of POS materials and product customization.
• Monitor sell-out performance monthly and identify opportunities or risks.
• Coordinate brand projects across departments, track progress.
• Provide education and detailing material to sales teams.
• Prepare business presentations and meetings.
• Contribute to strategic development for managed brands.
