Kenvue Inc. in Madrid is seeking a Brand Activation Mass Market Intern for 12 months, onsite and reporting to the Brand Activation Manager. You will coordinate POS materials, S&OP inputs, and collaborate with Supply, Sales, and Marketing to support market execution.

• Business Administration, marketing or finance graduate with marketing master specialization is required.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications.
• Fluent in English.
• Data analysis and statistics, decision making, structured problem solving.
• Time management and prioritization, agile thinking.
• Customer and consumer focus, people management by influence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage brand POS materials operations from briefing to shipping to warehouse (STW) in coordination with Supply, Brand Activation, Sales and Supply chain.
• Lead the brand and sales S&OP process during Commercial and Demand Squad meetings.
• Provide forecast inputs and manage local product SLOBs; align with activity grid and customer requirements.
