Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer loyalty.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes with our products.

Requirements
