Lear Valls, located at the Electronics Campus in Valls, Tarragona, Spain, seeks a Project Quality Engineer – Customer Liaison to lead cross-functional teams focused on containment, corrective actions, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent), 2+ years in electronics/automotive, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will present analysis reports and drive quality improvements with customers and suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Electronics or Automotive industries.
• Experience with quality methodologies and problem-solving tools (8D).
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee effective containment and corrective actions.
• Reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate investigations with internal experts, external laboratories, and suppliers when required.
• Prepare, review, and present Failure Analysis and 8D reports to customers.
• Act as primary quality liaison between customers and internal teams.
