BCNC GROUP is seeking an Automotive Quality Engineer for our team in Valencia to coordinate quality issues with customers and suppliers across projects, up to PSW and PPAP milestones under the guidance of the Quality Manager.

You will drive Cost of Quality initiatives, ensure APQP discipline, and support global projects with opportunities for career development and training within a permanent contract. You may be required to travel as needed, contributing to engineering excellence across Europe.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering is required.
• 4+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in automotive.
• Experience with aesthetics plastic parts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and solve quality functional problems with customers and suppliers through project phases.
• Execute disciplined APQP throughout PPAP as per customer requirements.
• Drive actions to meet Cost of Quality targets and reduce CoQ at launch.
• Support internal/external customers and ensure program quality milestones.

Missions:

• -Coordinate and solving quality functional problems of the projects on the product with the customers and suppliers on project phase until PSW and period to be determined by Quality Manager.
• -Experience Internal / External Customer.
• -Execute disciplined APQP throughout the PPAP program procedure by customer requirements.
• -Drive and execute actions to meet Cost of Quality target. Maintain team’s focus on reducing CoQ at launch.

Requirements:

• - Master's degree in Engineering.
• - Experience as Quality Engineer (4+ years) at automotive sector.
• - Experience with aesthetical plastic parts.
• - High level of English.
• -Availability to travel.
