Do you consider yourself a Digital Marketing professional with at least 4 years of recent experience managing marketing campaigns in multi-client mode and using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights ‘daily’?

We are a 100% Microsoft partner with over 20 years of experience implementing ‘CRM Dynamics 365’. We are looking for a Senior Customer Insight Journey Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives for our clients.

Your Role?

As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in Customer Insights - Journeys platform implementation projects. You will work with specialists in an environment where your passion for designing and implementing digital marketing strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem will be essential. You will lead workshops with clients, define and propose solutions using Microsoft CRM, gather requirements (functional/technical), and suggest best practices. You will participate in platform implementation, support, evolution, and deliver training on Customer Insights - Journeys. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (graphic design, business, strategy, social media) will be key.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4 years recent experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing and/or Customer Insights - Journeys implementation projects for diverse clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of outbound marketing and real-time campaigns.
  • Strong command of Digital Marketing to interpret customer needs.
  • Fluent in Spanish (at least B2), dealing directly with clients in Spain.

We value :

  • Very good knowledge of Customer Insights - Journeys.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation to improve lead management and customer segmentation for personalized campaigns.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Experience analyzing and defining the Digital Customer Journey.
  • Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing KPIs to measure campaign performance.

Knowledge of Power Automate for Workflow automation.
