HappyRobot seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, onboarding and optimizing our AI platform. You will develop features and scalable tools, using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, while driving AI/ML applications and API integrations in a fast-paced, founder-driven culture.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, owning projects end-to-end and delivering high-impact results for multinational clients.

Formación

• Native or fluent French communication at C1/C2 level.
• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, incl. LLM prompting and tuning.
• Ability to manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication; explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Founder mindset: independent, ownership-driven, fast-paced.

Responsabilidades

• Customer-facing engineering—assist onboarding and ongoing usage.
• Develop new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions.
• Full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python.
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions, LLM prompting and tuning.
• Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
