Aleph is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Madrid team. You will provide frontline support for AlephPay users, assist with onboarding, and manage day-to-day product inquiries.

In this role you will handle chatbot-to-human hand-offs, escalate complex cases to internal teams or financial partners, and see each case through to resolution under the supervision of the Customer Service & Success Team Lead.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline customer support for AlephPay users.
• Handle onboarding and day-to-day product support.
• Facilitate chatbot-to-human hand-offs and escalate cases.
• Own cases through to resolution, including escalations to partners.
• Report to the Customer Service & Success Team Lead.
