As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our business success by creating meaningful connections and driving sales growth through effective lead generation strategies.

You are driven by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will work closely and flexibly with the sales and delivery team, demonstrating a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage with customers visiting the store or events to identify potential leads, creating a pipeline through active interaction and data capture.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs, answering questions, overcoming objections, and promoting test drive experiences to ensure positive interactions.
  • Implement successful lead capture strategies during events to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and organize lead data accurately in CRM systems, updating customer profiles with relevant information.
  • Build value for customers by understanding their requirements, presenting Tesla vehicles, and communicating our value proposition to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and improve lead capture, sales processes, and product offerings.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing an excellent customer experience that reflects Tesla's values.
