Formación

• Vloeiend Nederlands, bij voorkeur native speaker.
• Ervaring in klantenservice of commerciële omgeving.

We are looking for Customer Service Agents who are fluent in Dutch to join our team located in Alicante. If you want to be part of an international team, join our customer service department!

Responsibilities:

1. Answer repair calls and coordinate customer service with the team of repair technicians.

Candidate Profile:

• Native or bilingual Dutch speaker with commercial and/or customer service experience.
• Fluency in Dutch is required, as calls will be handled in Dutch.

Work Conditions:

• 100% remote work with the option to work from the office for team building, training, and company meetings.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:30 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 17:30.
• Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and evening.
