Job summary

Allianz Technology invites a Customer Experience Intern to join the CX team in Barcelona, contributing to the OE NPS program and customer feedback initiatives. You will learn how CX works in a global setting, assisting in data management, reporting, and program optimization.

The role offers a 6‑month internship with hybrid work and a modern Barcelona office, with opportunities to collaborate on low-code projects and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's program, with a background in Business Administration, Customer Experience, Marketing, or related fields.
• Well-organized and structured working style with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent English language skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborative mindset, analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in understanding and solving customer pain points with a creative mindset.
• Good level of MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint).
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.

Responsibilities

• Support the OE NPS program execution along all the different phases to gather and manage customer feedback.
• Support project planning and tracking activities.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Support the optimization of the program by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and tools.
• Contribute to program improvement and automation initiatives using AI tools.
• Collaborate on low-code development projects to improve our tools and programs for our internal customers.
• Assist in data management, preparation, analysis and reporting of customer insights.
