Job summary

Allianz Technology's Cyber Defense Center (ACDC) offers a 6‑month internship for aspiring cybersecurity enthusiasts in Barcelona. As a Customer Frontend & Reporting Intern, you will bridge cybersecurity management, data analytics, and new technologies to support dashboards, reporting, and communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ongoing university studies in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Independent and customer‑oriented working style with a quick comprehension.
• High resilience and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in problem‑solving and security challenges.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a team player.
• Basic understanding of business process management and automation tools ( Grafana, Power Automate ) or willingness to learn these technologies.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, with a passion for working with forward‑thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
• IMPORTANT: This is not a Hands‑on Cybersecurity Internship, but rather a Management/Analytics opportunity to work in the Customer Frontend and Reporting Portal of ACDC.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the Customer Frontend & Reporting Product Owner in day‑to‑day operations.
• Independently manage reporting requests in alignment with the reporting team.
• Collaborate with developers to define data requirements for dashboards.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis to drive operational improvements.
• Assist with communication activities, such as preparing newsletters in collaboration with the Threat Intelligence team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing email communications.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for Customer Frontend‑related topics.
• Help maintain and update documentation related to Customer Frontend & Reporting.
