A leading automotive company is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to enhance its dynamic Contact Center team. The role involves providing top-notch customer service, with responsibilities ranging from handling client inquiries to maintaining database records. Candidates must be fluent in English and proficient in either Dutch, Swedish, or German. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and dealerships.

Your primary tasks will include :

  • Responding to calls and emails from clients and dealerships in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved
  • Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction
  • Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • A C1 level of English fluency and proficiency in Dutch, Swedish or German
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Ability to work in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 5-6 months approx. fully on-site for adaptation
