Job Description and Key Responsibilities

  1. Source and cultivate new leads through various remote selling prospecting techniques, including cold calling, e-mailing and social media outreach.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Product Managers (PM) and Territory Managers (TM) to facilitate the sales process and build trust with potential customers.
  3. Qualify potential customers using outreach channels, assessing their level of interest and need for the Anthogyr portfolio.
  4. Present and articulate the value proposition of the Straumann Group portfolio, including campaigns, offers, and courses, to potential prospects and customers.
  5. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by ensuring regular follow-ups from events, courses, and social media interactions.
  6. Collaborate closely with TMs teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Utilize CRM software to enhance transparency between teams, track sales activities, manage contacts, and report on performance metrics.
  8. Act as product specialist for Anthogyr brand in collaboration and supporting of the TMs and customers with in-depth knowledge and product usage via Teams, and during our courses/events. This role will be measured by set KPI:s.

Working Structure

This role is mainly focused on remote selling, however occasional co-traveling on a national level with TMs may be required.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Proven inside sales experience and/or strongly passionate about seeking new opportunities.
  2. Strong hunting social media management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Experience or education in dental or similar/equivalent is an advantage.
  5. Strong understanding of the Straumann Group product portfolio.
  6. Able to understand complex products, and curious/passionate about dental implants.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  8. Result oriented, capable of growing net sales and customer base.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong customer relationships.
  10. Willingness to occasionally travel with TMs.
  11. Fluent in Swedish language and strong English skills required.
  12. Having a proactive and agile mindset, seeking opportunities within the role.
