Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the execution of customer-facing initiatives, including loyalty programs and public promotions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment and meet engagement targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and follow up on promotional materials with other areas
  • Implement marketing campaigns and assist with target segmentations in the campaign management tool
  • Facilitate recurrent reports for campaigns KPIs
  • Conduct and follow up competition benchmark reports
  • Support Data Protection in Email Marketing campaigns according to GDPR regulation

Requirements :

  • Prior experience within a CRM / Digital Marketing department is appreciated
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication or similar studies
  • Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Other languages are meriting
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and Google Analytics is valued
