Job Description:

Tasks

Your responsibilities as a Customer Experience Agent will include:

1. Providing customers with product and service information
2. Researching required information using available resources
3. Identifying customer needs
4. Managing and resolving customer complaints
5. Maintaining an up-to-date customer information system
6. Identifying and escalating priority issues
7. Following up on customer calls when necessary

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success:

• Native Norwegian speaker with a high level of English
• Positive, can-do attitude and professionalism
• Comfortable working with computers and quick to learn new systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, willing to exceed customer expectations
• Preferably residing in Barcelona with the necessary documents
