Job summary

VeryChic is seeking a Customer Experience Agent intern in Barcelona to join a fast-growing, international hospitality team. You will support travelers from booking to stay, handling calls and emails with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

This 6-month on-site internship (starting January 2027) offers hands-on training in travel product knowledge, sales orientation, and post-sales support, with opportunities to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with fluent English and Spanish.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a multicultural team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of project management and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers by phone and email.
• Support travelers with their online bookings.
• Provide personalized post-sales support and verify bookings with partners.
• Handle special requests and manage modifications/cancellations.
• Organize travel documents and coordinate transfers.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers by phone and email.
• Support travelers with their online bookings.
• Provide personalized post-sales support: Ensure that bookings have been properly received by our partners.
• Handle customers’ special requests.
• Manage booking modifications and cancellations.
• Oversee administrative aspects, including organizing activities and transfers.
• Sending travel documents.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s performance and customer satisfaction goals.

Profile

• Native French speaker and fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong interest in sales and business development, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Enjoy challenges and customer interaction.

Eligibility

Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
