Job Description:

Tasks: Your responsibilities as a Customer Experience Agent will include:

• Providing customers with product and service information
• Researching required information using available resources
• Identifying customer needs
• Managing and resolving customer complaints
• Maintaining an up-to-date customer information system
• Identifying and escalating priority issues
• Following up on customer calls when necessary

Requirements: Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success:

• Native Danish speaker with a high level of English
• Can-do attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
• Experience working with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, willing to exceed customer expectations
• Preferably already residing in Barcelona with the necessary documents
