Deoleo is seeking a motivated Customer Excellence Internship to join our Operations Team at the Global Headquarters in Madrid. You will support order-to-cash processes and coordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure smooth orders.

This internship offers exposure to customer service, EDI, stock checks, invoicing, and collaboration across national and international teams, with training through Deoleo Learning Academy and access to amenities and discounts.

Formación

• Higher education qualification (HVET, diploma or bachelor’s degree).
• Proficiency with Office; SAP is a plus.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Customer orientation with strong communication and adaptability.
• Able to multitask, manage time, and work with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and manage customer orders via email or EDI.
• Check stock availability and load orders.
• Handle customer claims and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
• Manage customer debt and ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate bookings with logistics and comply with VGM requirements.
• Create internal processes for efficient order and sample management.
