We seek a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Strategic Sales Director to join the Sales team. This role reports to the Head of Commercial.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, delivering exceptional client experiences and growing existing accounts.
  2. Identify and close new business opportunities by expanding product and market reach within key accounts.
  3. Drive proactive outreach to potential customers, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  4. Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  5. Build and nurture partnerships to strengthen Biome Makers’ presence in Europe.
  6. Maintain an active sales pipeline and address competitive challenges with strategic insight.
Job Competencies & Personal Attributes:
  1. Passion for soil health and sustainability
  2. 8+ years of direct sales in Ag-Input Manufacturer
  3. Ag-tech and agronomy experience is an asset
  4. Fluency in English (Required)
  5. In-depth knowledge of the EU agriculture market, the leading players and crops
  6. Skilled at communicating complex technologies and science
  7. Strong proactivity and problem-solving capabilities
  8. Excellent planning and time management skills
