Formación

  • 8+ years of direct sales experience in Ag-Input Manufacturer.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of EU agriculture market.

We seek a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Strategic Sales Director to join the Sales team. This role reports to the Head of Commercial.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, delivering exceptional client experiences and growing existing accounts.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities by expanding product and market reach within key accounts.
  • Drive proactive outreach to potential customers, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture partnerships to strengthen Biome Makers’ presence in Europe.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and address competitive challenges with strategic insight.

Job Competencies & Personal Attributes:

  • Passion for soil health and sustainability
  • 8+ years of direct sales in Ag-Input Manufacturer
  • Ag-tech and agronomy experience is an asset
  • Fluency in English (Required)
  • In-depth knowledge of the EU agriculture market, the leading players and crops
  • Skilled at communicating complex technologies and science
  • Strong proactivity and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
