As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical support throughout the sales process. This position requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, participating in the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations showcasing our products' features, benefits, and value.
  3. Understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to their business challenges.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales phase, addressing questions and objections.
  5. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
  6. Collaborate with product development and engineering teams for feedback and stay updated on product releases.
  7. Conduct proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate solution feasibility and effectiveness.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, engaging with potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Network, Security, or Pre-Sales Engineering within the information security industry.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales/technical sales role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.

Note: Compensation packages include salary, stock options, benefits, and an annual bonus. The salary is based on qualifications, experience, and location.
