We are looking for a Customer Engineer to:
  • Work with new customers to guarantee their technical success.
  • Guide customers in a fast-paced environment as they grow with Elastic.
  • Support scaling efforts by addressing customer friction points and providing technical guidance.
  • Triaging and handling customer requests in a pooled model.
  • Identify and report customer friction points for programmatic remediation.
  • Create internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles based on common themes.
  • Partner with team members to deliver webinars on related topics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of modern platforms and technology.
  • Self-starter with analytical skills to improve processes.
  • Willingness to learn Elastic’s offerings and how customers use them.
  • Strong communication skills to inspire groups of various sizes.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
  • Background as an engineer or developer, with experience working with the Elastic Stack.
  • Experience working in a growing global organization.
