Bring your commercial expertise to the table to recommend strong promotion plans for the Business Unit and successfully drive the sales processes!As a key player of the France & Iberia Customer Development team based in the Madrid office, you will be the owner of the portfolio strategy for French, Spanish and Portuguese Customers, from listing and planograms up to the product differentiation across Channels and Retailers.Core Responsibilities- Own the national portfolio differentiation across Sales Channels in accordance with the WE Channel Strategy and the Business Unit requirements.- Build planograms for top Customers to optimize the LEGO presence in points of sales.- Lead the portfolio differentiation and pre-orders strategy for France and Iberia.- Be responsible for the overall Iberia commercial planning and execution.Play your part in our team succeedingCustomer Development is at the center of the Commercial strategy in the Business Unit, being the guardian of the Channel Strategy of LEGO in France Iberia, in collaboration with Western Europe and Global team. The team is responsible for defining assortment strategy by channel, developing promotional plans, driving trade investment strategy within the Business Unit and coordinating Sales processes. The team is closely working with Key Account Management and Marketing teams and is part of Western Europe Customer development team.Do you have what it takes?- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG/CPG companies, working in, category management, account management or trade marketing.- Proven analytical skills, with ability to work on details and still see the big picture.- Able to communicate data and strategy effectively to internal and external customers.- Leadership skills in dealing with peers and senior stakeholders.- Well organized and able to work within tight timelines.- A team player with a challenger spirit- Proficient user of MS Office (mainly Excel) and at ease with IT tools.Join the global LEGO teamWhat’s in it for you?
