A leading company seeks a Customer Demand Analyst to forecast and analyze customer demand, primarily focusing on Tech M accounts. The role involves collaboration with sales teams, data analysis of orders, shipping history, and participation in process improvements. Ideal candidates will possess effective communication skills, analytical abilities, and a relevant bachelor's degree, with experience ranging from 0 to 5 years.
As a Customer Demand Analyst, you will be responsible for customer demand forecasting and analysis at your assigned Tech M accounts, primarily within a 0–12-month horizon. You will develop relationships directly with our customers and the field sales team to gain a deep understanding of requirements and trends, helping to optimize manufacturing capacity, supply, and revenue plans.
